At Centel Media, we work towards an organized, fully beneficial corporate governance system. Our corporate governance system delegates our decisions and processes to come up with a company based on values, long-term success goals, team driven cooperation, complete respect for our clients and employees, responsibility and risk management. We are constantly striving for each of these with every move, and that is why we have a corporate governance to keep everything in check. With this system, we aim to create and maintain value for our clients. We hope the following will give you a better understanding of the inner workings of Centel Media.
MANAGEMENT & CONTROL
Centel Media is subject to U.S. corporate law. Because Centel Media’s main offices are located in New York, Centel Media follows New York business corporate law.
THE MANAGING BOARD
In consistency with corporate law, we have a strong managing board that brings structure to our work environment. This management system is part of our commitment to our clients and their businesses as well as maintaining steady growth in our own firm. Our employees are responsible for making sure our policies and strategies are put into play and that everything is running smoothly for each of our clients—the board runs the entire management system and makes business-impacting decisions.
THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
The managing board has a huge amount of responsibility, but even they have to be overseen. The supervisory board checks and advises the managing board. In order to run a tightly knit, strong company, we have to make sure everything is working as it should be. That’s why Centel Media has a supervisory board to oversee the managing board. Members of the supervisory board hold conferences to talk about business development, strategy, planning and implementation.
SHAREHOLDER RELATIONS
Centel Media frequently sends information to its shareholders to let them know how the firm is developing, where the firm is financially, and other business news. Conferences with shareholders generally consist of information dealing with net income, if the managing and supervisory boards are doing satisfactory work, and meetings with independent auditors.
Corporate governance is essential for an ever-growing, successful company. As such, Centel Media feels each of these pieces is absolutely necessary for the entirety of the structure. Each level checks the previous one to make sure business is running smoothly.
